C.B.C. Constitutional Amendment for January 31, 2010 Business Meeting: I move that The Articles of Incorporation and Bylaws (Constitution) of Columbia Bible Church be amended as described in Exhibit A and Addendum A, including correction of any clerical errors, upon a 90% affirmative vote.
